First-in-class antibody therapy

SOL-116

A first-in-class antibody targeting BSSL to treat chronic inflammatory diseases.

First-in-class antibody therapy

First-in-class therapy. SOL-116 is a first-in-class humanized monoclonal antibody developed by Lipum for the treatment of chronic inflammatory diseases.

SOL-116 antibody targeting BSSL

Novel target. SOL-116 targets Bile Salt–Stimulated Lipase (BSSL), a protein implicated in inflammatory processes and a potential novel therapeutic target for rheumatoid arthritis and other chronic inflammatory diseases.

Novel mechanism of action

New mechanism. By blocking BSSL, SOL-116 is designed to modulate inflammatory responses through a new mechanism of action, potentially offering a safer and more targeted treatment option for patients.

SOL-116 Phase IIa clinical development

Advancing into Phase IIa. Following positive Phase I clinical results, SOL-116 is advancing towards a Phase IIa proof-of-concept study in patients with moderate to severe rheumatoid arthritis.

Our mission

To bring a new generation of targeted therapies to patients living with rheumatoid arthritis and other chronic inflammatory diseases.
